• Defended the president and CEO of a defense contractor in civil arbitration involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of corporate opportunity, and conversion
• Represented several employees of a Virginia defense contractor in corporate internal and grand jury investigations related to the transfer of classified technology to foreign countries in violation of the Arms Export Control Act
